C.A.F.E. membership is open to all active fairs, exhibitions, festivals, industry service providers, agricultural societies, and any organizations with a direct interest in the industry across Canada.

Being a non-profit organization C.A.F.E. is completely accountable to our members. We are in constant communication with our membership to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and services to meet and adapt to the needs of our members.

Programs & Services
Annual Convention
The convention educational program is designed with the fair and event industry in mind, with professional speakers and industry experts who will challenge and inspire you. As a delegate, you will gain the tools you need for continued success in this dynamic industry. Featuring a tradeshow and showcase performances, the convention provides an opportunity network and make valuable contacts throughout the industry. more

Consumer Protection Program
One-day workshop sessions will explore and explain how consumer protection programs can be more effective at events where humans and farm animals are in close proximity to each other, including fairs, expositions, petting zoos, classrooms and tourism venues. more

C.A.F.E. Learning Forums
C.A.F.E. Learning Forums provide participants with an in-depth look at various topics and issues that affect the fair and exhibition industry. Topics may include: advocacy, partnership building, capital development, systems management, etc. more

Developed with the particular insurance needs of the fairs and exhibition industry in mind and exclusive to our members, our partner McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers Ltd. provides competitive rates and outstanding coverage. more

Awards Program
The C.A.F.E. Awards Program recognizes the accomplishments, innovation, or long-term contribution by organizations or individuals to the industry. The Program breaks down into 2 sections: the distinguished service and order of merit awards and the national awards program. more

Annual General Meeting
All members are invited to attend and participate in the C.A.F.E. Annual General Meeting. This provides an opportunity for members to voice their opinion about the industry and provide direction to the association. more

C.A.F.E. website
www.canadian-fairs.ca provides members the opportunity to obtain and share information with the entire Canadian fair industry. Send us your news or job opportunities and they will be posted on our website for all members to access.

Annual Directory & Canadian Fair News
The Canadian Fair and Exhibition National Industry Directory is published annually, listing contact information for all C.A.F.E. members as well as hundreds of fair dates. The Canadian Fair News is published on a quarterly basis and is filled with industry related stories, news, and other items that affect the fair industry. more
